About Huanghe Xinye Co., Ltd.
Established on September 6, 2007, Huanghe Xinye (Yellow River) Co., LTD. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Co. It is also an important project of State Power Investment Corporation in the development of industrial clusters, extension of industrial chains and promotion of industrial integration and synergistic development strategy in Qinghai region. At present, it has an annual capacity of 600,000 tons of electrolytic aluminium and 300,000 tons of carbon. The total investment in construction is RMB 7.493 billion.
The company started construction in March 2008, and during 2009-2010, the main processes were successively completed and put into operation. Xinye company is gradually building an efficient, clean, low-carbon, circular green manufacturing system, and constantly strengthening internal management, improving the technology level and enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise. In the face of the new situation and new tasks, all the executives and staff of Xinye company will make unremitting efforts to build a world-class electrolytic aluminium enterprise with a more pragmatic style, seizing every moment and acting as a responsible company.
