Appointments to the ASI Board

Two new Board Directors are announced today.

21 September 2022

The ASI Board welcomes Nicholas Madden and Matthias Esdar to the Board to fill two casual vacancies, for terms until April/May 2023. Nicholas is a Board Director of Novelis Corporation, and previously served as an ASI Board Director from 2020-2022. Matthias is Head of Corporate Strategy, Marketing & PR and Sustainability, OTTO FUCHS KG.

The casual vacancies arose following Alexey Spirin from the En+Group, and Jerome Perez from Nespresso, stepping down from the Board due to other commitments. ASI sincerely thanks Jerome and Alexey for their service as Directors since April 2021.
