About Profilglass Spa
From 7,000 to over 300,000 m2, from 20 to 1.000 people, from profiles to flat rolled products, from constructions to the automotive sector, electronics, household appliances, mechanics and much more: founded in Fano in 1982 by the brothers Giancarlo e Stefano Paci, Profilglass has grown quickly in a vertical structure, to the point of completing the aluminium cycle and diversifying its business. Originally it produced, spacing and decoration profiles for double glazing, as is still reflected in its name, a vocation which has been significantly expanded thanks to an on-going investment policy. More specifically, since the year 2000, our company has increased its installations and staff, entering the flat rolled products industry with a view to responding in an effective and timely manner to the increasing demand for high-quality aluminium products. Therefore, with over 250,000 tons of aluminium processed every year, we have now reached a leading position at international level, exporting to more than 85 countries and continuing our progress, from a development perspective.
Our membership of the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative marks an important milestone in our commitment to responsible aluminium production and sustainable development. Through our integrated operations — from aluminium scrap recycling and melting to the production of rolled aluminium coils and strips — we produce approximately 250,000 tonnes of aluminium products annually, combining recycled and primary raw materials. By joining ASI, we reinforce our commitment to circularity, transparency, and continuous improvement across our operations and throughout the aluminium value chain.
