Anders is a qualified social scientist with over forty years professional experience who has worked across a wide variety of industry sectors and has experience across several sustainability disciplinary areas, including stakeholder engagement, governance, change management, Indigenous Peoples engagement, human rights and general ESG policy and implementation. He is currently the Managing Director for Njalla AB where he also engages as a Board member for several organisations. Anders has provided specialist advice and strategic input into the Forest Stewardship Council, Aluminium Stewardship Initiative and the Equitable Origin. Anders has worked both in the public and private sectors, as well as being heavily invested throughout his career in the not-for-profit sector, and providing support to voluntary sustainability schemes.
