He has considerableexperience across Russia and Uzbekistan and is currently the E&S Manager at Anglesey Food in Uzbekistan. His operationalexperience extends across several industry sectors including metallurgy, aerospace, utilities and fabrication. Of considerable note isArtem’s long-term management of the implementation of the ASI Performance Standards, and ASI Chain of Custody (andcertification) across UC Rusal. He supported Rusal in the development and implementation of ASI training programs, supported innon-financial reporting, participation in external working groups (including ASI) and the development and implementation ofcompany-side policies and procedures for human rights, responsible sourcing, material accounting and health & safety.
