Fatma has nearly ten years’ professional experience as an engineer across a wide array of sustainability disciplinary areas. She is currently employed as a Global Sustainability Specialist with Nemak Europe, based in Frankfurt, Germany. Her work experience includes driving ESG strategy and performance, ASI Performance and Chain of Custody Standard implementation, managing Human Rights Due Diligence, and leading Nemak sustainability reporting initiatives such as EcoVadis.
She is a qualified Engineer (Hydraulic and Environmental) and also holds a Master of Science in Environmental Assessment and Management, and Water and Coastal Management. She is fluent in six languages and has international experience across a number of countries, with a particular emphasis on stakeholder engagement, water management, Human Rights change management, and process improvement.
