Philippe is a highly qualified environmental and safety specialist with over 25 years’ experience across a wide variety of industry sectors. He is currently leading the development of “white certificate” business activities for Qualiconsult, France, and is currently the Business Development Manager. Since 2005, Philippe has been a major figure in the European Climate Change market, working predominantly in the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS), CDM and JI Validation and/or Verification services.
He holds a Bachelor Science in Environmental Science, and also a Master of Science in Geography. 1989. He is also a Sustainable Forest Management lead auditor and an accredited Lead verifier under the EU Emission Trading System.
