Established in Cork in 1990, AMS (Architectural & Metal Systems Ltd.) stands as Ireland’s sole independently owned manufacturer of extruded aluminium profiles. Distinguishing itself even further, AMS conducts all associated processes in-house from its 400,000 sq. ft. facility in Little Island. Our specialisation spans a range of services, encompassing aluminium extrusion, powder coating, anodising, sublimation, cutting, machining & sheet metal fabrication. With our skilled workforce and cutting-edge machinery, featuring three extrusion presses, three powder coating lines, a fully automated anodising plant, and an extensive sheet metal department, AMS is uniquely positioned to provide semi-finished products as well as complete turnkey solutions. This includes the ability to bring products from concept to project delivery, all under one roof. Our commitment to consistency in service, quality, colour, and traceability is reflected in our adherence to International standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018 and Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) Standard. AMS' specific interest in ASI and the aluminium value chain is due to our commitment to responsible sourcing of our raw materials.

AMS have joined the ASI to enable us to better understand the sourcing of our aluminium within our supply chain and how this maybe affecting people and the environment. In joining ASI this will drive AMS towards more responsible production, sourcing and stewardship of aluminium within the company.
