Our raw materials of aluminium scrap come from all over the country. Through processing, we combine crushing, magnetic separation, polishing, eddy current, cleaning, and flotation to efficiently remove impurities and harmful substances from the raw materials to fully ensure the purity of the raw materials into the furnace and effectively improve the metal recovery rate. In the melting process, an internationally advanced, high-efficient and energy-saving combined double chamber reflection melting furnace set is used. The set is complemented by regenerative dispersive burners, aluminium circulation pumps, electromagnetic mixing, ceramic filtration, online degassing and bottom cooling etc. to efficiently recover flue gas waste heat, achieve the energy conservation, emissions reduction, and the low carbon environmental protection. We follow the customer’s requirements and standards from material testing and classification into the warehouse. We use intelligent systems for materials arrangement, production and packaging. From raw materials to the final packaging, each process is strictly inspected by an inspection department to ensure the quality stability of the products.
