ASI Governance Handbook adopted
The ASI Governance Handbook started development in 2015 to help frame the design of the ASI Constitution. Its long-term purpose was to be a user-friendly orientation to ASI members interested in being, and serving, on Committees or the Board and provide an overview of ASI’s overall governance model. Following finalisation of some remaining terms of reference for some groups, the Board has now adopted the Governance Handbook as an ASI By-Law.
It is a recommended read for current and aspiring Committee Members and Directors!
Thanks to all members and stakeholders who contributed to the Handbook’s development.
