ASI reaches 200 Member milestone

ASI welcomed today its 200th member, Remi Claeys Aluminium NV, in the Industrial User membership class.

ASI was incorporated as a not-for-profit entity to develop and launch the ASI certification program on June 25, 2015, and counted a total of 13 members at the time. In just over six years, ASI Membership has shown astounding growth, particularly since the launch of the ASI Standards in December 2017 (see graphic below). We appreciate the commitment and engagement of all ASI Members in pursuing the important mission ASI works to realise: to foster responsible production, sourcing and stewardship of aluminium. It is only in close collaboration with our growing membership that we can achieve our vision to maximise the contribution of aluminium to a sustainable society.
