About Ningbo HuaYang Aluminium-Tech Co.,Ltd.
Ningbo Huayang Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned investment by Steel United International Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (registered place: British Virgin Islands), of which Taiwan Sinosteel Aluminum Corporation (abbreviated as Sinosteel Aluminum) holds 64.59% of the shares.
The company was registered on October 30, 2002, with an investment of US$84.53 million and a registered capital of US$49 million, covering an area of 15 hectares. After more than two years of construction projects, trial production began in April 2005, and after passing environmental protection acceptance in June 2006, it was officially put into production.
Since its establishment, Huayang Aluminum has upheld an excellent corporate culture and has developed steadily with the business philosophy of “Practice, Innovation, Growth, and Co-Prosperity”, and fulfills its due responsibilities to shareholders, customers, employees and society, in the pursuit of the company’s sustainable and healthy development.
