ASI welcomes S.A.V. S.p.A as new Production & Transformation member
ASI is pleased to announce that S.A.V. S.p.A. Società Alluminio Veneto has joined as a Production & Transformation member, bringing the total number of ASI Members to 120.
About S.A.V. S.p.A. Società Alluminio Veneto
Since 1996, S.A.V. S.p.A has experienced a continuous and constant development until becoming today a reality of excellence in the international market for the production of aluminium alloys. S.A.V. S.p.A. is specialized in the production of high quality aluminium alloys by promoting and developing environmental, social and economic sustainability and encouraging the circular economy of aluminium.
At its two production sites in northern Italy, S.A.V. S.p.A. produces about 100,000 tons per year of aluminium alloys ingots for remelting based on customer’s specifications and according to international standards.
The alloys produced by S.A.V. S.p.A. are used in the production of castings that can be made with different casting techniques, such as: chill casting, sand casting, low pressure casting, pressure die-casting and investment casting technique.
S.A.V. S.p.A. is able to meet the requests of customers from various production areas, among them: automotive, transportation, aerospace, shipbuilding, household appliances, industrial machines, food industry, electrical and buildings.
