Here are the highlights of the September ASI newsletter:

  • ASI Chain of Custody Standard Certifications hit 25 

    More and more ASI Members are working toward and achieving ASI Chain of Custody (CoC) Standard certification. Already this year, more certifications have been achieved than in all of 2019 (see graph below), with more in the pipeline. But what is CoC and why is it important?

  • ASI membership growth maintains pre-COVID levels

    The COVID-19 pandemic still has the world in its grip. Even with the uncertainty surrounding the longer-term economic impacts and future of some industries, the aluminium sector is keeping its focus on sustainability and building back better.

  • ASI Certifications update

    In September, ASI Members achieved 5 new certifications, with several more in the announcement pipeline.

  • ASI Membership news

    In September, ASI welcomed one Production & Transformation member and two General Supporter members, bringing the total number of ASI members to 133.
