Before we started to gear up for the 2019 work program, we took some time to reflect on our successes and achievements from 2018. As we did at the end of 2017, we’ve put together a short video to show how we performed in our key work areas, including membership, certifications, training, outreach, assurance, and more. We also outline some core work areas that we will be focussing on in the year to come.
