Sunalco Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is a Non-Ferrous metal recycling unit, producing different grades of Aluminium Alloys as its final product. We form an integral link between the scrap collectors, processors, recyclers, and manufacturing industries; thus completing the circle of Recycling.
Established in the year of 2005, the Company has grown significantly over the past decade, growing its production capacity year after year and becoming one of the market leaders in its industry. We are one of the leading manufacturer of Aluminium Alloys in Western India, Palghar, Mumbai, MH, India. We have been catering to various requirements of our customers in standard and special Alloys for High Pressure Die Casting, LPDC, Sand, and Gravity Die Casting. We are glad to inform you regarding our present facilities which have 6 Nos of Reverberatory type Aluminium Melting furnace, Capacity of 15 MT each.
Sunalco has installed a production capacity of over 72,000 Metric Tons per annum, The production facility which spans over an area of 240,000 square feet, is situated in the Industrial belt at Wada, about 65 kilometres from Mumbai and fairly close to the Nhava Sheva Port.
Sunalco has dedicated employees and labourers working throughout the year to ensure that only high quality products are delivered to our clients. Our high quality management system has allowed us to be certified with an ISO 9001:2015 by TUV NORD
