Halfway through public comment period on ASI Chain of Custody (CoC) Standard
We are now one month into a two-month public comment period on the draft ASI Chain of Custody (CoC) Standard and accompanying Guidance document. Comments and feedback from all interested stakeholders are invited during this period, which runs until 23 December 2016. A French translation of the draft CoC Standard is also now available. ASI and IAI sign collaboration MOU
The International Aluminium Institute (IAI), the global association of aluminium producers, and ASI have signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate in their respective efforts to support continuous improvement in the performance of the global aluminium industry and the sustainable use and recycling of its products. Save the Date!
ASI will hold its 2017 Annual General Meeting and Stakeholder Event on Tuesday April 4 in Montreal. Registrations for interested stakeholders will open in December.
The program will include formal AGM proceedings for ASI members, keynote speakers, updates on ASI progress, information and consultation opportunities for ASI’s standards, and briefings on the ASI assurance model and auditor accreditation
